They Love Us

I brought my 12 year old chihuahua into Scottsdale Vet Clinic after she was having trouble breathing at home. Dr. Courtney Craig and the staff were absolutely amazing. They saw her immediately, were prompt in finding out the issue and treating her, explained my options and were extremely compassionate. She never pushed me into doing anything and was happy to answer my million questions very thoroughly and detailed. I am so thankful to have found this place! Thank you so much for taking such great care of her.

I called because my pup had a strange lump under his chin and they said that for emergency services there was only half hour wait. When I got here, I waited less than five minutes and was in her room.!!! These guys have the best service and the annual health plan are back!!! And they even offer phone chargers, while you wait in addition to snacks and drinks.

Great customer service. Doctors and staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. This time, I worked with Dr. Hertz and his assistant, Emily. They were very attentive to my dog's needs and were always available to answer my questions before, during and after our visits. After my dog's surgery, Dr. Hertz personally called to let me know how it went, and Emily took the time to go over post-surgery instructions with us. They were both so patient and compassionate. The office then reached out to see how my dog was doing the day after! I was very grateful for that. They really do care about their patients! My dog is back to her normal healthy self, and I know I can trust them with any other issues in the future.

I have been going to Scottsdale Veterinary for a number of years. I am very pleased with the Drs. Dr Hertz recently cleaned my dogs teeth. He did a great job! I highly recommend Dr. Hertz and Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic! I have also been there with my dog for several emergencies. The staff at the front desk are awesome and extremely caring! Thank you all!!

I was an out of state Michigan resident visiting my daughter for several weeks and needed care for my pup who became ill and was afraid that no one would see us without calling our regular vet for paperwork. They gladly saw her at 10 o'clock at night and were very attentive and caring. They even talked about making sure that she would be comfortable for the 3 day drive back to Michigan. Made sure I knew that I could call anytime and checked on her after we left. I highly recommend this clinic and have them in my contacts for the next visit if we need them.

I made an appointment to get my dog, Winnie's teeth cleaning last week. TSVC made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. They were super professional from days before the appointment until days after. I brought Winnie in first thing in the morning where we started with the vet techs explaining the game plan for the day. After a few hours the clinics amazing Dr. called me to go over some options about Winnie's teeth. After the procedure had wrapped up our tech Sarah called me to let me know that Winnie was waking up from her anesthesia. When I arrived to pick her up the techs were holding her in their arms letting her know that "mom was coming back"! It was really so adorable and the ladies made me feel like they really cared for my own/every patients pets. Overall it was a really pleasant experience and I'm happy to do it again! I can't speak on Winnie's behalf... but shes doing AMAZING now and I know that she's happy that she doesn't have her problem tooth bugging her anymore. TYSM Scottsdale Vet!!

My dog needed to be seen sooner than one week out, and that was the earliest I was able to get an appointment with our own vet. I really appreciated being able to do a walk-in appointment. Our experience was really good. The vet tech was so nice and the vet took his time with us and answered all my questions. Happy to say my dog is doing great and I now have peace of mind.

My cat wasn’t feeling very well so we brought him in late at night to be checked. Although we ended up not seeing a Doctor I did want to compliment and praise the vet tech staff. We spoke mainly with Amy who explained what their typical procedures look like and answered all the questions I had. She was very kind, patient, and understanding about the situation and tried her best to help us. Thank you, Amy!!

Wonderful skilled professional staff!! Our little one had a full anesthesia Dental cleaning for a very reasonable fee. The staff here is so thorough, thoughtful, and professional we are so happy to recommend!!

I brought my cat here after her spay incision opened and her primary vet was closed. We had just taken her to her primary vet the day before because she had been running a fever and her incision had been fine when they checked it. Seeing my kitten with an open incision was scary and we wanted to make sure to get her seen. They got us in immediately and were very kind and reassuring the entire time. The vet tech who helped was patient in listening and thorough in asking questions. She was very gentle with our kitten. Dr. Tanaka was also incredible, he helped us understand what could have caused the issue with our kitty and helped us understand the treatment plan. He was very reassuring and made us feel confident in moving forward. He was able to help close our kitten's incision and got her all cleaned up. The tech who discharged our kitten answered all our questions and did a thorough job explaining after care. We're so incredibly thankful for their help during a very scary time!
