I was very worried about him and they made... read moreI brought my cat here after he reacted badly to some vaccines done at another clinic. I was very worried about him and they made our walk in appointment as comfortable and as quick as they could for us. Everyone we interacted with were very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they were not super reactive to how frantic I felt while still being comforting. It made the process smoother for me and my cat. My cat seemed to be getting stressed out with the various normal noises in the lobby while we waited and I asked if I could sit with him in an exam room while we waited in order to make him feel more relaxed. They were very supportive of the idea and offered me water too. After a short wait, the vet was able to come in. She actively listened to me while examining him. Then she formulated a treatment plan and when I asked for the fun numbers part of it, she was able to give me an option that fit what my wallet would allow while not sacrificing his care. What I appreciated the most was just how willing everyone I explained my cat’s symptoms to was to fully listening to my concerns, how they addressed every question I had and filled any knowledge gaps I had throughout the process. Thank you for seeing us on such short notice. Nova is doing a lot better now! :) This was the second time I’ve been to this location (first time was years and years ago). If I remember it correctly, it was late at night and I remember them being very nice then too. I’d definitely check this place out if you’re looking for a clinic that really cares for your animals. read less
