There's just not enough words to write about our memories of Nick and his sister Nora. For sixteen years they were members of our pack. Always loving and sometimes mischievous, Nick was a true food pirate. When Momma was in the kitchen preparing dinner, Nick would always stand on his hind legs at the counter next to his Momma watching her, as if to say, "a little more meat", or "can you please drop some so I can lick it up?", I called him Momma's little sous chef. We have so many memories to tell but I will end with a little share about Nora. Between them she was the love giver of our pack, always making sure everyone got a daily lick on the face or ankle, Nicky boy gave us the, can I have more to eat stare. Nora's loving gaze into our eyes told us that we are loved. They had our hearts, we miss them, and will for a long time to come.
We were truly blessed!
