My dear sweet Mika,
You died peacefully in my arms last night. It pained me to see you go. You loved your tennis balls, your favorite spots in the backyard, splashing and laying in water, and trips to the park. I still remember the day I chose to take you to your forever home with me. You were always there to greet me at the front door when I came home. The last words you heard were me telling you "I love you, Mika" as I cried holding you in my arms. I only hope you were as happy with me as I was with you. I'll love you forever.
