We adopted Junior from the pound in 2009 or 2010. The first night we had him, he was sleeping in my room and heard a noise and the first thing he does was jump up on the bed between me and the door, staring at the door and growling, and that is when I knew he was the one. Junior had a very “special” personality, you could tell he was not completely there mentally (we believe he may have been abused before us), but he was not all there mentally in the quirkiest most loving way possible. He would literally be laying down and suddenly, he would jump up, run over to you, lick your arm, and go back and lay down. Looking back, I believe he was just doing that to make sure we were still there. Junior was the best dog I ever had, although we say that for all our dogs, he really was the best and believe me there was some greats. Junior is and will always be missed. The only comfort I have knowing he is no longer around is that he is no longer suffering and is at peace.
LOVE YOU BUDDY!!!
