Izzy was one of a kind as I'm sure everyone says that about their pet. We got her on an Easter Sunday when she was only 6 weeks old from a church friend. She even attended church every Sunday for her first year of life, she was even deemed the church mascot. It was wonderful and everyone who saw her ooo'd and awe'd over her. Izzy was a magnet. One of mine and my husbands favorite things about her, was her smile. She was one dog that never stopped smiling, even in her last days. She also loved her butt scratched as she would purposefully lean on you to do so. But I think one of my favorite memories of her is that she was a flower sniffer! No literally, she smelled the flowers! She wouldn't eat them, just smell them. She taught me a lot about how to have fun and how to slow down and enjoy the little things. She loved to play fetch with her dad , as he threw the ball best. We even called her a fetch junky. If there was a ball, there was always expectation. And that was our Izzy!
