I had to say goodbye to Huey suddenly.
He was so special and made everyone he met happy. He was super independent and totally content to just hang out. He loved meeting new dogs on walks and lost his mind if I even said the word "turkey".
He was only ever able to learn "sit" and "shake" because he got so excited he would get the zoomies every time I tried to teach him tricks.
He was there for me through two long term illness and was the best, most intuitive nurse I could ask for.
His brother Louis and I are going to miss him so deeply. We just never get enough time with the animals we love.
