The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic is your pet's safe and comfortable home away from home. We invite you to visit our pet boarding kennel facilities located here in Scottsdale, AZ. We are pleased to offer many outstanding services related to your pets care. Here at the boarding kennel, you can also browse among our quality pet products to meet your pets needs. We invite you to stop by some afternoon and view our boarding facilities. The pets seem to enjoy the piped in music and individual pet runs). All dogs are walked outside 3 times per day. We also take care of your exotic pets while you are away (please bring their food). We pamper your pet with climate controlled surroundings, aromatherapy, music, healthy meals, and play time. We are staffed with veterinarians and staff that are competent in administration of your pets medications and monitor their medical needs if necessary. We are usually open 7 days a week (some holidays we are closed), so that you may pick up or drop off your pet at any time.
Feeding
We feed our pet only the highest quality pet food available. Royal Canin is high quality food for your pet! It contains high quality ingredients, vitamins, and minerals without chemical preservatives, fillers, or waste. You are welcome to bring your own pet food, bedding and toys also.
Vaccinations
In order to insure the health and safety of our boarding friends, all dogs must be current on their vaccinations, written proof of this is needed. These vaccinations include... rabies, distemper combo, parvo, and bordetella(kennel cough).
Cats
Our feline friends are kept in a separate room away from our dogs. They too are required to be current on their vaccinations. These vaccinations include feline distemper combo, and rabies. Our cats are kept in spacious cages with food , water, and litter available to them at all times. Each cage is equipped with a resting shelf, which they seem to enjoy! You are welcome to bring your cat's own food, toys, and bedding. Royal Canin pet food products will be fed to your cat if you do not bring your own cat food. Cats need exercise too! The cat cages are cleaned 1-2 times a day, and at this time your cat will be cuddled and played with as he/she explores the cat room.
